JOIN US for an unforgettable day in Ponoka! Ponoka CONNECTS bring together a Job Fair, Community Registration, and FREE BBQ in support of the Ponoka Youth Centre. This is your chance to connect with families, job seekers, and local organizations. This event will bring high engagement and visibility for your business and brand.

DATE/TIME: August 22nd, 3 - 7 p.m.

  • Job Fair Vendors - $50/table (50 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
  • Table and chair included
  • No power available
  • Vendor Area – 6’ table and a bit of room on each side, behind for banners
  • Vendor to supply their own tablecloth

Vendor Set Up Date – August 22nd, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

  • Access through Curling Rink Loading Doors or Front Entrance
  • Clean Up – August 22nd, 7 - 8 p.m.
    • All vendors are required to clean up their area and remove all garbage
    • Vendors are encouraged to assist with their table and chair removal

Cancellation deadline for refund: August 15, 2024
